The goal of the OECD Internship Program is to attract highly qualified and motivated students from varied backgrounds into the Organization to work on initiatives linked to the Secretary-Strategic General’s Orientations and assist the Organization’s corporate operations. The primary objective of this program is to help successful applicants develop their analytical and technical abilities in an international context.
It is possible to apply for an internship at any time. Online applications are only accepted by students who are currently enrolled in an approved degree program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D.) during their internship. Remote and hybrid onboarding is available for selected interns till further notice.
When can I apply for an OECD Internship Programme?

The OECD Internship Office cannot provide individual feedback because of the enormous volume of applications. As a result, Directorates will only contact candidates shortlisted for an interview. The Directorate hiring teams will contact you if they have not heard from you within three months of submitting your application, at which point you can reapply according to the dates listed above. It is essential to keep in mind that you must remain enrolled in school during your internship.
